We are so grateful for the incredible care and nurturing environment that St. John de Brebeuf Discovery program has provided for our child over the past four years. "We have been with Discovery for 3 years now at Gosfield North Public School. I am at ease every day knowing my girls can attend this amazing program in the local community. The staff are warm and welcoming and are great at finding new activities to keep the kids engaged and entertained. My girls have made new friends who also attend the program, and often are eager to share about their day at Discovery when they get home. We are so grateful to be one of the families who are a part of this program and look forward to continuing with it for the years ahead."

Discovery – at St. John de Brebeuf School. As a parent, I entrust my greatest blessings to the staff at Discovery – St John de Brebeuf every day, and I am grateful for the loving care and guidance the twins receive. The teachers and staff look at each child as an individual, with their own strengths and needs. My son has been blessed with awesome teachers who understand his challenges and help him through tough days. They always greet him with a huge smile every morning and are eager to learn new ways to teach him. They include in him all activities and were even able to get him to eat other foods. POPCORN for the win!!! My daughter loves coming in the morning and being Miss Marie’s helper. She loves being able to explore and have fun with crafts and Kinder 2 sure has so many fun activities for them to do. They make it a fun and safe place for them to learn, laugh, and play. Thank you for all the extras you do for my kiddos. You really see the love that each staff member has for the students!!! A BIG THANK YOU FROM THIS MAMA!!!

Our daughter has only been in Discovery for the last month and she is already thriving there! We were nervous about how she would adjust and didn't know what to expect, as her older brother didn't get any "daycare experience" before starting Kindergarten. We have been very happy with the level of care that she receives from the amazing staff, and are always pleasantly surprised to hear and see the new things she's learned when she comes home!

Our family has been part of Discovery Childcare Program for the past 4 years, and we couldn't be happier with the care and education our 5 and 6 years old have received. Since joining, we've seen tremendous growth in our child's social skills and confidence. The variety of activities and nurturing environment have encouraged creativity and curiosity.

However, the staff are incredibly patient, attentive, and genuinely invested in each child's well-being. The clean and inviting facilities, coupled with their engaging curriculum, make it perfect place for early learning.

Moreover, I will never forget the joy on my children's face when they proudly showed us the art crafts they made during their first week. It's clear the educators here, create a supportive and exciting learning environment.

I am writing to express my full support for Discovery Childcare as they pursue opportunities to expand their services in the Windsor area. Although our daughter is currently enrolled in their full-day toddler program and not the before-and-after school care specifically, I feel confident in recommending their center for any childcare setting based on our experience. From day one, the team at Discovery has been professional, responsive, and genuinely caring in all interactions with both myself and my husband. We always feel our daughter is in safe, capable hands, which is incredibly reassuring as parents. One of the standout aspects of Discovery Childcare is their use of the Brightwheel app. It has made communication seamless—we receive real-time updates, photos, and messages that help us stay connected to our daughter’s day. This level of communication has been especially appreciated during moments of concern. For instance, our daughter, who can be a bit accident-prone, experienced a fall at daycare. The situation was handled calmly and professionally. We were informed immediately, received pictures, and were given clear follow-up documentation. It was reassuring to see such care taken. Beyond safety and communication, our daughter truly thrives at Discovery. She comes home every day in a great mood, often sharing new songs, skills, or stories she’s picked up. It’s clear she enjoys being there and is learning constantly. I would wholeheartedly recommend Discovery Childcare to any family looking for a safe, nurturing, and well-managed environment for their child. We are grateful for the care they provide and confident in the quality they would bring to any expanded site.

I’m thrilled to share my love for Discovery! Hands down, this is the best after-school program in all of Kingsville—seriously, the waiting list alone could make you feel like you’re trying to get into an exclusive club. But trust me, it’s worth the wait!

The staff? Absolute gems. They’re not just helpful—they’re superheroes in disguise, always going above and beyond to make sure your child is safe, happy, and cared for. My little one has been part of the Discovery family for over two years now, and she absolutely adores it.

And can we talk about the activities? PA Days here are like mini adventures! From road trips to movie theaters, bowling, museums, and even shirt-dyeing (yes, tie-dye is still a thing!), they pack in so much fun that even I want to tag along. I mean, a bus ride to exciting places on a PA Day? Who knew daycare could feel like summer camp!

Special shoutout to Ms. Jessica, the mastermind behind all these amazing plans. She’s the kind of person who makes every kid feel loved, valued, and like the star of the show.

If you’re looking for a daycare that feels like a second home, I couldn’t recommend Discovery enough. I even have friends in Windsor who are tempted to enroll their kids here—but alas, Kingsville is just a little too far. If you’re lucky enough to live nearby, do your child (and yourself) a favor—join the Discovery family!

I have utilized the after school program at Gore Hill Public School for about 4 years. I am a single mother, with 3 children that also works a full time job. The staff at Discovery are familiar with my schedule and my family. They know that sometimes I may need reminders or a little extra help sometimes to meet deadlines, and because they care, they do this for me.

My children are always busy trying new things at Discovery. Whether it’s a new painting project, slime, slip and slide or a healthy snack, they are always learning. The biggest thing that stands out to me at Discovery is always being mindful how we treat other and learning why certain situations are right or wrong! The incentives the children can earn for being a leader, kind or for helping out are small, like a sticker or pencil. But these teachings will last my kids a lifetime!

I can see the bonds that my children have made with 2 specific staff members at this site over the years which comforts me in knowing my children feel comfortable confiding in them. These staff members go above and beyond not only as a staff but as kind human beings. They have become a part of our daily lives and we are truly grateful to have them! I know my children are always in safe hands and I will actually be sad once my kids age out!
