Registration

Please note that we currently have a wait list for all programs. Please email or call the Discovery Sites to talk to a Supervisor.

In order to have your child attend the Discovery Program you must fill out a registration package and pay a yearly $25.00 registration fee per child that is payable at the time of registration. An orientation session with the supervisor of your site will be arranged to review the Parent Handbook and to answer any of your questions. An attendance schedule for your child will be required and the method of payment will be arranged at this time.

Registration Form must be done online.
Once the supervisor receives your registration forms, they will email you the other forms needed for enrolment. These forms must be completed to start the program.
